A subscription is the easiest way to keep your collagen ritual going without a break. Choose your flavour, quantity and delivery frequency (every 3, 4, 5 or 6 weeks), tick "Subscribe & Save", and we'll send your collagen automatically at the interval you've chosen. You don't have to remember when to reorder or wait for your pack to run out. Every subscription delivery is 10% off the regular price, and if you take 2 or 3 packs, the quantity discount is added on top. Shipping is free on every subscription order. There's no commitment, and you can cancel whenever you like. The result is the lowest price you can get CollagenLab for, with no hidden costs.
The subscription price is calculated like this: the regular pack price, minus the 10% subscription discount, minus the quantity discount (for 2 or 3 packs). The amount shown as "Total" on your first order is the amount you'll pay for every following delivery, until you change your subscription. The quantity discount is applied automatically before each payment, so you don't need to enter a code or do anything else. Shipping is free on every subscription order, so the "Total" is exactly what you pay, with no extra fees.
You can choose a delivery every 3, 4, 5 or 6 weeks, depending on how quickly you use your collagen. The 10% subscription discount applies to every frequency. Not sure which one suits you? Start with one and adjust it later. You can change your frequency at any time from your account in the Appstle customer portal, and the new interval applies from your next delivery.
On the checkout page, Shopify shows a line called "Recurring subtotal". The amount on that line is before the quantity discount. This is a platform limitation that we can't change. The real amount charged for each delivery is the "Total" shown higher up on the same page. As long as your subscription stays the same, you'll never be charged more than that, and shipping is free, as with every subscription order.
After your first order, each following order is created automatically at the interval you've chosen: every 3, 4, 5 or 6 weeks. A few days before, you'll get an email reminder with the date and amount, so you can skip a delivery, change the flavour or postpone it if your pack hasn't run out yet. On the delivery date your card is charged automatically, and the order is sent to you just like the first one: same courier, same address, unless you change them.
With a subscription you never pay for shipping. That applies to your first order and every order after it, whether you take 1, 2 or 3 packs. Your parcel is sent with the courier and to the address or office you chose on your first order, and you can change these at any time from your account. On regular one-time orders, free shipping applies above a certain amount. With a subscription, it always applies.
The quantity you choose on your first order (1, 2 or 3 packs) is the quantity you'll receive with every repeat delivery. The matching quantity discount is applied automatically each time. If you need more or less collagen, you can change the quantity at any time from your account in the Appstle customer portal. The change applies from your next delivery, and the discount is recalculated automatically for the new quantity.
There are four flavours: The Original (Unflavoured), Salted Caramel, Forest Berries and Tropical Elixir. You don't have to stick to just one. You can change the flavour of your next delivery at any time from your account: go to "My Subscriptions", select your subscription, click "Change product" and choose the new flavour. The change applies from your next delivery, and your price and discounts stay the same. You can switch flavours every month if you like.
From your account in the Appstle customer portal, you can:
change your delivery frequency (every 3, 4, 5 or 6 weeks)
change the quantity (1, 2 or 3 packs)
skip your next delivery (for example, if you're travelling)
change your delivery date
update your address or card
pause your subscription for a set period
cancel your subscription whenever you decide, with no minimum term and no fees
It all happens online in seconds, with no need to contact us.
Subscriptions work with card payments only (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your card is stored securely by Shopify Payments, so we never see the card number, and it's charged automatically for each delivery. Cash on delivery isn't available for subscriptions, because payment has to go through automatically for each delivery without you needing to do anything.
As with any online purchase, you can withdraw from your first order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Protection Act. This right applies regardless of your subscription. You can also cancel the subscription itself at any time.
